Academy Beginners

Our beginner golf schools provides the an excellent foundation to build on. The Close House Golf School is addresses all aspects of the game, including a solid setup, sound fundamentals of the swing, putting, chipping and bunkers while ensuring you enjoy your time with us and have fun.

The aim of this course is to give the beginning golfer the information, basic techniques needed to be able to go onto the golf course and teach the golfing etiquette required to stay safe on the course. We’ll help you to understand the mechanics of the game, working on basic rules, golf do’s and don’ts of golf etiquette, course management, card marking and handicaps.
