The wonderful Northumbrian landscape envelops the contoured fairways of the two 18 hole golf courses to create a course for the discerning player that demands strategy, ingenuity and most importantly, concentration. Whether challenging your skills on the greens or relaxing in the comfort of new No 19 clubhouse lounge and restaurant, our professional staff and extensive list of facilities makes Close House a perfect location to entertain and indulge your important clients.
Every company wants to give their clients a unique golfing experience. We can help deliver a corporate day to be remembered. We understand how time consuming it can be to organise golf days. So why not leave it to us to organise your event for you? Our corporate golf team will liaise with you at each stage to keep you informed. As experienced hosts we can help you deliver that experience, from practice at our Golf Academy, corporate branding throughout the course or gifts displaying your company logo our team can help.
Corporate golf members at Close House also receive the following benefits:
- Corporate members are allocated 400 points to use for rounds of golf, a round on the Colt course is 2 points a round on the Filly course is 1 point
- Four nominated personnel from the company will be accredited founder member status which will entitle them to take part in the founder member challenge trophy and dinner. They may hold a handicap at Close House and are entitled to play in club competitions
- The Corporate Member will have sponsorship of one hole on the Colt Course and one hole on the Filly Course, signage to be provided by Close House
- A warm up basket of balls is complimentary for any corporate member or corporate member’s guest playing a round of golf
- Corporate Members are offered the use of the charge card which will then facilitate discounts of 10% at any facility at Close House
- 10 Complimentary room nights per annum, on a bed and breakfast basis in a standard room, all rooms subject to availability, option to upgrade for a supplement.
